Wyatt: You lapped someone twice in a mile? I.e. she was on pace for a 13 minute mile??

While your running coaching may not be great, your times are pretty decent. If you want to make the JWOC team, practicing your nav. skills would probably be as, or more, valuable than replacing your running coach.... If my knee gets better, ask me to shadow you at an event or two this Spring. Even if not I can probably still take a look at your course after you finish and discuss.

Also, I'd encourage you to do a re-run or two of some O' courses you've run (at a later date, preferably not much later, but after you're rested) to see just how much faster you could possibly have done a course if you'd known exactly where to go the first time - you could even try to run with Angelica or someone on the re-run to help keep your speed up w/less worry about nav. - This can be quite valuable to see just how much time you spend on nav. and you'll probably even see legs where you left 30-60 seconds on the table even though you thought you were clean the first time.

Acampbell: Ok so wyatt I didn't double lap her in the mile my bad. I double lapped her in the 2 mile, and apparently it was either at 1500m or 1900m which is why my coach said i lapped someone twice in a mile. So not the mile race but possible within a mile in the 3200m, that is where i got that from. Sorry about the mix up, I also thought that i didn't lap her in the mile but that was what my coach said, wrong race though, ops!

I would greatly appreciate if you would go over my courses with me! That i'm sure will help a lot, as what we talked about this weekend definitely got me thinking about what i need to work on. Also re-running is probably something i should do. Hopefully maybe i can do that this weekend at the training or the next local meet. It would be great if angelica or someone could run with me, as i think seeing how fast i have to navigate and how much time i actually spend navigate will be a shock and something i'm going to have to work hard on. So thank you Wyatt for all your advice this weekend!!! And i might come and ask you to maybe help me put together a training plan that deals with both running and navigation, if that is possible?
