| PG: | Always feel anxious, just because i know it will hurt. But also always feel great after, if for no other reason than it has been done. |

| Kat: | Same for me. It helps me to remember that I am supposed to do the intervals at a certain hard pace, which I know I can do. |

| ebone: | Sometimes I feel anxious, and other times not. I used to always feel anxious, but now not so much. If I haven't been training heavily, then I really look forward to intervals, because they scratch my itch to run fast and work hard. I usually barely feel nervous then.
Nice workout, Sandra, but I wonder if it might be better with no rest between the uphill and flat interval (and shorten each section a bit). That would make it more of a Czech hilly terrain running simulation. |

| Samantha: | I always feel anxious and look for ways out. But I know that they are good for me and I have to do them to become faster! |

| Becks: | Indeed, I am exactly the same. But it's always fine once you get halfway round the first one! |

| coach: | Halfway around the first one is when I feel the worst! I guess it just feels so hard then and the painkillers have not kicked in.
The second is always easier, and usually faster. |
