Sergei Zhyk (DVOA) won the Axis Gear Sprint race (2.3km, 50m climb) in 11:25 earlier today. Pam James (GHO) was 2nd and Erin Olafsen (UNO) was third. Photos and full results will be posted on Monday evening at:

The next GLOF 3-day (GLOF IV) will be on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend (October) 2006 (likely joint with the North American Champs).

What awesome use of the terrain on the OPR day. Sorry a few of us out West did the Providian Relay this weekend, coming in
14th overall.
I'd like to thank all people involed in putting on such a high quality event this past weekend. Great courses, strong field, nice weather made it one of the best events this season. I definitely look foward on making to such events in the future,especially if people will bet on others:)))

Yeah, I'll second that. I had a GREAT time this weekend! The orienteering was fantastic, the weather was awesome and the company was terrific!! And bike races to boot. Thanks a million Mike and CAN. I never did make it to a Tim Hortons. WIll have to go back...

Excelent,event,great use of maps and convinient scheduales, to accomodate 4 quality events, in less than 3 days and also verry prompt and accurate ,results posting on the web.
