hammer: Just saw your log about the RAID last week.

Don't confuse strength with nutrition and rest.

Lack of sleep and lack of eating well will knock down the
best of the best athletes in the World.

Challenging terrain eh.

Not sure if I should feel happy or sad that the GRR hurt you
more than a Vasaloppet but I think that in some sick kinda
way that seems good.

MrPither: One of the better quotes from a great coach...'The bad days are just flukes, they don't mean anything - something went wrong. The great days are the ones that show your abilities. Those are the ones you worked for.' (something like that)

Vasaloppet is all downhill though isn't it? ;)

hammer: Yeah but the Salomon GRR this year was flat as a pancake

Sudden: MrP > you mean another great coach...;-)

And Vasaloppet is flat between the down hills. Hmmmm...don't know why I have been tired after finishing that race, Every time.

I know the Raid would be tough (regardless of physical shape of the day), but I guess I overestimated my recovering ability.

theshadow: Does this mean that you are planning on WOC? I hope to see you at trials.

Sudden: if running up nancy green will make me a strong woc runner - sure.

#  Posted 2008-04-22 05:08:23
hammer: Guess I better run up those Nancy Green hills too. I'm going to TNT tomorrow.
