Don't confuse strength with nutrition and rest. Lack of sleep and lack of eating well will knock down the best of the best athletes in the World. Challenging terrain eh. Not sure if I should feel happy or sad that the GRR hurt you more than a Vasaloppet but I think that in some sick kinda way that seems good. |

And Vasaloppet is flat between the down hills. Hmmmm...don't know why I have been tired after finishing that race, Every time. I know the Raid would be tough (regardless of physical shape of the day), but I guess I overestimated my recovering ability. |
