| Jagge: | http://www.10mila.se/2008/index.asp?page=313&avd=7... Your team looks strong. Most of you are 21 class runners. We have only one, rest are 35-50 old boys or juniors. I am quite sure your team has more running power, but I guess we have more experience in scandi terrain. But we have only 6 attackpointers in out team against your ten. So, what do you think - will you kick out butts our what? (edit: no, two H21 runners. Terkelsen is one year too young for 43- kavlen). |

| feet: | Boris' butt apparently is well and truly kicked already. I hope it doesn't affect our prospects given that he is running the long night leg. |

| BorisGr: | I am going to be satisfied if CSU finishes less than an hour behind Rastivarsat. |

| z-man: | Good luck guys, we be tubing you all day/night long! |

| Jagge: | Less than hour? Our good old days are long gone. If we do well, we have little changes to get close to placing 100. More likely we will be about 110-130. One extra hour would make about 180 for CSU. I think you will do better than that, you were 204. in Jukola 2006. Here you will be at least around 150.
Boris, how about a little bet, with levelling 10 places per missing attackpointter? So we should be 40 places better than you. Winner gets sausage from 10mila grill (or even better, makkara at Jukola). |

| BorisGr: | You're on. |

| bubo: | Place around 150 or slightly better sounds realistic for CSU. Some of the goals are to beat the startnumber (163) and to send Will out on the last leg before the mass start (last year 141 teams made it) so he gets to run the full long course...
-Does the bet include sausage/makkara for the whole team (and coach) or is this just a private enterprise? |
| # Posted 2008-04-24 15:56:15 | |
| Jagge: | Private one I guess. And only against CSU - teams like VeVe/swisscheese would beat us all too easily with this 10 places/attackpointer levelling. Or would they? ;)
Anyway, the big question is now korv or makkara... |

| PG: | Boris, I think you ought to ask for a little further levelling, at the rate of an extra 10 places per OF (old fart), that would give us an extra 20 places. |

| bubo: | -- If it only was that easy - just do all the levelling and calculating before the race to see who would win - then you could save a lot of money on air fares to buy sausages for instead? Maybe run it all in CF - then you may definitely have an advantage with Biggins on your team... |

| bubo: | Talking about number of AP-ers on a team:
I found out that Linköpings OK:s first team (no 340) has at least 6 runners that are present here on Attackpoint + a few more in their 2nd and 3rd teams. |

| Jagge: | Rastivarsat 137. The 177th team finished about 20 min before CSU.
10mila grill ran out of sausages, so its makkara then. |
