| GregBalter: | One extra day of rest is not going to kill your training; does "body we" affect your hip at all? |

| Swisscheese: | I need to remain patient. That is not easy, especially when the season has started and that the Tiomila is in 2 days!
What is "body we"?!? A miracle therapy? I could use some! ...unless it is illegal. |

| GregBalter: | "body we"- I ment conditioning strength training you do once a week. If you deside to run 10-mila at least take some pain killers before the race... |

| ndobbs: | actually, having fun is more important :) good luck if you are running, if not then think of Jukola!! |

| Swisscheese: | The pain was still permanent if I would try to run the day before. After a week of rest I was sure it wouldn't be a wise decision to run. It is quite frustrating that I could experience only little improvement in the last 7 days of rehab... time is slowly running away. EOC is in 4 weeks. |
