bradc: I've been meaning to ask you about this - when, how much, do I need to book and do I need to be a member? I quite fancy it and since it's just down the road...

Alibongo: Spinning on a mountain bike - eh?

Fraser P: Brad - We have 10 weeks booked through work, to encourage staff to do some exrecise and have a healthy work life balance. So I do not know if it can be done on an idividual basis, ie pay as you go. I know that once the 10wks is up a few of us will be enquiring about booking a regular slot - will keep you posted.

Ali - Mt Bike was a close on the drop down list, you can "spin" on any bike, just turn your legs faster and up the resistance

bradc: Cool, I'd definitely be up for it if I can get in.

Alibongo: I'll have you know I used to do a spinning class with the Beverley Cycle Club, you should have seen the puddles of sweat on the rubber mats... not from me, of course. I just went a funny lobster colour!

Fraser P: Dixie - it is, Spinning wool then knitting in the evening.

Can I claim knitting as exercise on Attack point, the rest would as they even claim Golf and Walking up Munros as exercise !!
