| bradc: | I've been meaning to ask you about this - when, how much, do I need to book and do I need to be a member? I quite fancy it and since it's just down the road... |

| Fraser P: | Brad - We have 10 weeks booked through work, to encourage staff to do some exrecise and have a healthy work life balance. So I do not know if it can be done on an idividual basis, ie pay as you go. I know that once the 10wks is up a few of us will be enquiring about booking a regular slot - will keep you posted.
Ali - Mt Bike was a close on the drop down list, you can "spin" on any bike, just turn your legs faster and up the resistance |

| Alibongo: | I'll have you know I used to do a spinning class with the Beverley Cycle Club, you should have seen the puddles of sweat on the rubber mats... not from me, of course. I just went a funny lobster colour! |
