Wyatt: I had plantar fasciitis a few years ago. I tried a few things, and what seemed to work was wearing some big boot/brace to sleep that kept the foot at 90-degrees, apparently keeping the foot stretched well at night. Might want to ask your PT/doc about something like that.

Swampfox: Well, the good news about p.f. is that almost everyone gets better--eventually. Just don't lose hope. The recovery is so slow and gradual it's hard to even notice from day to day.
