fthfl stwrd rudy: Way to go on your workout! i know you want to take it easy, and that is a wise course of action, but i also know from your master the met performance that you will be able to do much faster running eventually! It will be fun to follow your ramp up!

MDeVoll: I'm pretty excited. I already feel more comfortable with the intervals. About a month ago my running form felt pretty uncomfortable when I'd do accelerations--my legs started feeling floppy and my footsteps flappy. Now I'm feeling more comfortable and under control. I'm going to keep to my schedule, and when I do speed training again later in the year (say, for another 10k in the fall) I'll speed it up. Most of all I'm happy that my legs are feeling tired, but not sore.
