Although i'm not sure if they have Canadian high school teams come. But anyway great job today I wish i could run that fast!!! and i would love to try the steeple chase |

| the kempster: | hehe thanks! but no they're only the indoor meets in ottawa before the real track season starts where we're outdoors and steeplechase finally has water!! hooray!!!
but you should definitely try it!!! it's sooooo much fun and the race goes by much faster than if you were just running running a plain old 1500m!! |

| Acampbell: | sounds like a lot of fun!!! i watched college runner last year at that Penn relays and it was amazing!!!! I'll have to see if i can try it some time. and yeah i find the 1600m isn't too bad it is the 3200m that i get bored on. |
