jtorranc: I've been wondering - what kind of core strength exercises are you doing that you can keep up for more than half an hour?

walk: And how do you get AHR of 255 and a max of 138?

szurcher: jon, I do a circuit that involves both my core body (sit ups, side ups, back exercises etc.) and my legs (one legged squats (standing on a chair) butt exercises, basically the usual exercises for endurance sports, plus some jumps onto our sofa (poor sofa!), and soon I want to integrate some rope skipping. I will have to see if the guy who lives under us can stand the noise though. It's an active workout, always changing exercises, never resting. I keep calling core strength because I didn't want to change the name this year (I already have too many fields) but next year it will be called strength. I have been wanting to put a post in our blog but I have to round up some pictures first& I will let you know when I have managed to put it together.

jtorranc: It'll be cool to see what someone else is doing. Thanks in advance.
