| Yukon King: | that sounds so fun! the yoga is submerged in & melted into your life... |

| fthfl stwrd rudy: | It really is, you know. I notice I am wriggling my neck, or stretching in the shower, or something, almost constantly. If I logged it all...well, people would laugh, I guess. Do you have submerged and melted yoga just desserts also? |

| Yukon King: | now I think of it, yeah, certainly the RoM has to be all the time - bus-stops, dog-walking, on the train...initially (late 80's) I didn't, and had to get physio to unlock my joints - only had to do that...twice, and I had it all figured out, heheheh. But a good solid head-to-toe check is always good once a week or so, esp. for pain mgmt. RoM mostly looks like stretching tho esp. w/ just a rep or two on each movement so it's not very noticeable, I get a giggle sometimes imagining you at the bus-stop or whatever doing a full-on yoga workout, triangle, tree, whooohooo....whats a marsupial asana by the way, I wanna learn that one! |

| fthfl stwrd rudy: | marsupial etc. - i wuz jus funnin'. yes, i do yoga when waiting, in line somewhere, that sort of thing, why waste the time? And if it looks funny so what, maybe others will understand that you can really workout wherever you are...though sadly, i've never had anyone join me.
So when you play w/ G, do you turn into part dog, or do you just become playful human to her playful dog? |

| Yukon King: | hmmm, interesting Q! I certainly do something out of my ordinary, and quite deliberately. Closest I can describe it is a type of meditation, like a walking meditation, but a playing one. It's an opportunity for zenning out of time for 10 minutes or so, but oddly one that I initially resist (like I oddly resist meditation, but this play-med. is easier for me to go into) I let go of time & clocks & whatever the next thing is supposed to be, & become very now-oriented, very relaxed, empathic, alert & responsive, other-focussed, non-thinky-thinky. It's very satisfying. So is that dog or human? I dunno. Bizarre you asked, cuz...an hour back, and an hour and a half back from this timestamp I was playing.
Dude, you missed a great op. there, you shoulda sold me some crazy marsupial move, maybe I'll work up a marsupial this week for us both, heheheh! |

| fthfl stwrd rudy: | Love it....'non-thinky-thinky'. I'm going to try that. Maybe I'll pretend i'm a dog...in search of a master. |
