Try filling this in for a distance race you've done recently. (A accurate distance timetrial might suffice if not) The table on the side will then tell you approx how fast you should be able to go at other distances under the same conditions. While you're at it then you can use the other info to guide the pace of your training runs. Hope this helps. |
