| simmo: | Most of the Perth APs do orienteering races on weekends. If its not an important race, most of us would also do some training on the other day of the weekend.
Come to the race this saturday at Hale School (see http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~gone4run/ ) and have a chat to some of us. There are couple of regular Tuesday evening training groups - one does intervals at Reabold, the other does 4-8km at Kings Park. |
