| Dog Runner: | I thought that was you out there blasting through the woods. I'd love to chat with you about your race. I think the trek section would have been easier for people that were not experienced navigators. The first place team in our race just put away their compass and followed the cartoon map as best they could, ignoring the extra trails and incorrect trail names...
Are you coming to the welcome meet at the Sportsplex on Thursday? |

| Leanimal: | I have had that same experience with my feet and it is terrifying. I tried to convince my teammates that my legs were broken (because I thought that they were) but they didn't see how that could have happened.....it's nice when the feeling comes back but not fun to run on. Good job on the paddle. |

| the kempster: | hehe... well i wouldn't quite call it blasting through the woods... i think that we were more wandering while cursing under our breath! and yes... if didn't know what kind of map that we could've potentially been using then it would've been much less frustrating and hopefully would've helped.
on the survey we filled out afterwards, in the 'what we could do better' part, i suggested that they get a real map! :P |
