Big D: youve been doing a lot of training. dont forget to give yourself a break! a happy mind is a happy heart. have a day or 2 or chillin' listenin to some bob marley, maybe some santana, make some meringue, watch a movie, and youll be right as rain (hopefully)

kido: Hey bee! Don't get down. I know you're an awesome orienteer and you will beat your injury in no time! Besides you've had some great runs, don't let just one bad one make you sad!

biddy: awwww look at that team love!
you know what makes me feel better if ive had a shit run, a good hard session of sitting in front of the tv eating chocolate mmmm deliciousness

Hilary: Try not to dwell on your mistakes too much and go back to a map where you had an awesome or good run and remember how you did the good legs and how you felt. That is visualise when you did a good run! Spend at least 10 minutes doing this. Just concentrating on what you did well and how it felt while you were doing it! Even if you find you did a little error remember how you recovered from it. And that feeling at the end when you realise you blitzed it!
