| KingTim: | Eh? What's the bad idea? Me going to, and trying to do 5 days on the Long at the Oringen? |

| Akhilleus: | No, you realising your navigation is going badly but instead of working hard to get it right you're going to stop completely for 10 weeks before going to the Oringen!!! |

| Nails: | I dunno matt -if you're pissed off with o-ing tim then maybe you do need a break for abit. The mind can go stale really quickly, and a few weeks or a month off just enjoying sunny runs might be good. You just need to pick the classy and sexy stuff and don't go and get peed off at meaningless colour coded's. |

| MikeS: | It's about getting the balance right. I haven't orienteer raced much apart from the big races and it seems to have worked quite well. Just getting out on a map and doing some technique work rather than racing would benefit you. Get yourself up to Sheffield and we can plan you some sessions! |

| Akhilleus: | Yeah fair point Nails I agree with just doing the quality races. Although Hartley didn't agree with me when I said that. I wouldn't have thought doing nothing for 10 weeks is the way to go though, a short break maybe. |
