| vmeyer: | Eddie, does part of Gunpowder make for a good trail run (comparable to the HAT run)? Sandy and I want to meet up some time... |

| kadley: | Val -- get a copy of trail runs in the Baltimore area from the Balt Road Runners Club. It's got maps of all the parks and trail runs in the county. I'll make a copy for you if you want. Has some interesting areas to explore. |

| vmeyer: | Hi Ken, a copy would be great. The idea is to get some trail runs in without doing alot of exlploring around for good trails - only so much time...looking for something between philly & dc... |

| eddie: | Ken and I did a run in the "Bunker Hill" area of the gunpowder - just north of Balto beltway maybe 10 miles at Hereford. There are trails on either side of the river, some up to the high school (Brad and I ski there sometimes) and you can connect with the NCRR rail trail, which goes both directions all the way to York PA and down to near me in Baltimore (but its flat as a pancake....mmmmm, pancakes). Also you guys can meet at my place if you'd like and run the miles and miles of trails around the reservoir or just park off of Dulaney Valley Rd right before the bridge across the lake (lower rt in the image above). Most of the areas around this lake will get mapped if we ever get the lidar data from Balto Co. Ken has already mapped a big piece further south along the shore near the "old Walker place." |

| Sandy: | Well, Valerie and I are thinking we might just take you up on this offer and converge on your place Jan. 14. And if you're home, who knows, we might just treat you to some post-run pancakes! |

| vmeyer: | A picture for everything. Me, I have waffles on my mind. I have eaten Eggos the last two mornings...not quite the same as homemade. |

| Sandy: | Well, I suppose I could lug my waffle maker down with me. |

| eddie: | I have a waffle maker. It makes waffles shaped like Snoopy's head. :) Yes, its true, I have a snoopy waffle maker. |

| vmeyer: | Well, that settles it - Snoopy waffles at Eddie's on January 14. You aren't going to the A meet in CA, are you? If so, just post your address here & let us know where you keep the spare key. :) |

| eddie: | Yikes! I better finish unpacking then. I wonder where that thing is? Not going to CA. |

| vmeyer: | Nah, leave the boxes - we're not the company type - we'll just sit on them. And we can always make pancakes shaped like Snoopy's head. |
