The items are actually similar to the alphabet categories. There are some exercise-related ones (aerobic, flexibility/strength, speed), some no-eating (caffeine, sugar, alcohol, meat, wheat), some eating (vitamins), some good-behavior / time management (interacting well with the kids, in bed by 10, doing what I say I'm going to do at the beginning of the day, not doing AP at work). |

| PG: | That's quite a variety. I would think that some ought to be quite easy (taking vitamins!), and some virtually impossible (no AP at work). Hopefully you won't have too many 0's. |
