Frodo: Nip out down the canal to Gotts Park-nice rolling grassy hills good for reps. Bramley Falls Woods (mapped) is a bit further down the canal. Becketts Park (Leeds Met campus) is good for intervals (has a track as well)....

hel vino: did a lot of hill reps in gotts park back in the day. also nice running up through meanwood & out into the sticks. you should hook up with some of the leeds city dossers for lunchtime canal burns ups.

Ant Squire: Excellent - I'm not going to be the only person who is a "bit sweaty on a train". I think I'm getting famous in London for it. Don't worry Craney you'll soon get a whole train carriage to yourself!

hel vino: saw Rune Strandberg jogging very slowly.. your game could work well here, only problem is you rarely see anyone actually running, usually jogging slowly.
