HKuestner: Great run! & nice pacing---your splits are really consistent; that's awesome :)

Wyatt: Nice. You're running very close to the same pace as Angelica at this point...

Wyatt: Heck, me too for that matter. I managed a 6:32 mile a few days ago.

Acampbell: Thanks guys! I could not believe how great of a race i ran!!! I've been excited all night and have had a very low concentration level (so yes the homework is suffering a bit) the only annoying part is i feel now like i might have been able to run it faster and can't find out until next year. But thats ok I'm still SUPER happy with this run.

Nice Mile time Wyatt!!! what is Angelica's? I manages a 6:24 a few weeks ago. haven't run it since though.

TBorish: Alison!!! That's amazing!!! Good job with pacing, especially. I love the feeling after you run a good race.

KPittman: Great job Alison! You're faster than me. You don't have wait until next year to see how you do though. I do a tempo run, intervals, and a long run every week. I try to beat my PR in some distance on my tempo run about once a month.

Acampbell: Thanks everyone!
and yeah I could do that Keith, however i find that i'm never able to really push myself like i would in a race during a tempo run. My coach even noticed that when i was just racing against guys i wasn't pushing myself as much as i did in my last three races against girls. However maybe if I can get a PR on just a tempo run than my next race with all the adrenalin i might do really well... or i can at least dream about that happening
