| paw: | Looking at the Dumyat results, I reckon you can find another minute or so. Rosco was around 3.30 quicker for the 10k than Dumyat, while you were just over 2 minutes faster. Either you were less well prepared last night (which is plausible) or you're more of a hill specialist than Ross (which is also plausible).
