Personal observation: it's a bit strange when you and other heavy trainers on AttackPoint get sick. People drift down the page out of my awareness until I realise three or four days have gone by and I have no idea what x has been up to.

szurcher: I don't like drifting down the page either... Thanks for the get well wish, today I am really doing much much better, and have started eating again. Even went to work for a 1/2 day, but that tired me right out. I will still take tomorrow from training off, and maybe start up with something small on Thursday. What a dissapointment for my December training plans, but it's also reassuring that I have been able to train well the last few weeks.

swisswatch: there is a rule of thumb (Annelies Meier always told us): The number of days you were lying sick in bed, you should not train after you are well again. That means you should not train until Saturday...
