Wyatt: Why aren't you registered for F21 Team Trials in the Sprint? That would be a good race for you to run to see, both physically and navigationally, where you are vs. the top US women on a Sprint course. Your goal should be to do the best you can, and get a benchmark of where you are vs. the top women, which you can try to improve on in coming years...

John DeWolf can change your registration for Saturday if you'd like...

Acampbell: Well one because dad entered me and i just told him F-20. and i'm not sure... it would probably be good idea to run F-21 though. Is the course a lot longer/harder? and also I was trying to get as many JWOC points as i could.
So i guess the question is do you think i would benefit at all running F-20 for the sprint to try and get JWOC points or do you think seeing where i am vs. the top woman would be a better idea? Or actually does the Sprint even count towards the USOF rankings?

Wyatt: Sprint A-events do still count for USOF rankings, so if you need the USOF ranking points for JWOC, then that's a reason to stay on Green.

The Red vs. Green sprint is only 0.5k different, so it's not much harder.

Acampbell: Well i don't know if i really really need them. I'm 5th right now. Than i'll run the other two days F-20, then i'll run the NA champs in NY in F-20, plus any other meet I can talk my parents into letting me go to.

hmmm.... i'm bad at making decisions like this.

Wyatt: Well I'd vote for you to switch to F-21 on the Sprint day. It's getting a little late to make that switch, so if you do decide to switch, make sure you email John DeWolf like, today, preferably.

Acampbell: I'm soo on the edge about this! I really want to see how i do against everyone and yet i really want JWOC points too.

leaning towards e-mailing John tomorrow and switching but ...Anyone else thoughts?
