| belindaL: | well i use a belt thing (from Jo) that helps you float, cuz i do it in the deep end. so you are just kind of floating upright and 'running' through the water (hopefully that makes sense). i guess you could do it continously for as long as you want, but it does get pretty boring cuz you move really slowly. you can also do intervals, like ones you would normally do running (but obviously not the same distance!). ummm...i think thats about all i can think of. oh, and you dont have to use the floatation belt thingy, but it does make it easier to stay above the water. i hope thats all you wanted to know!! =) |

if you really want some good info on pool running there is a video at the AIS library that tells you how to do it properly and types of routines you can do. check it out and see about a belt. they make it a whole lot easier. |
