stone: once you've gotten used to them, you won't want to be without them... hope you've got some performance meters on the bike, how many Watts do you push?? ;-)

Swisscheese: Yesterday I had the opportunity to set the power. I would put it at 320W for my 6x3min intervals. It doesn't seem a lot. Isn't the world record 600W for 1 hour?!? ... it's clear, I got to do more hometrainer intervals.

stone: I don't know the world record, but Armstrong or Ullrich used to have about 520-540W in time trials over 1h. I don't know, maybe it's possible to do even more on the hometrainer. But 320W is not bad, considering you don't have cycling muscles!!
