bubo: A really inteesting course!
Good job, Sandra - itīs really great that you managed to solve all the route choice traps on the run!
I had a hard time finding the right routes even sitting at my desk, but still had only two major differences in the ones I picked: For 8-9 I would have gone in to the control the same way you ran out to #10. For 10-11 I didnīt realize there was a way to run under the bridge near the river, so I picked a long route to the left, back through town and going out the same passage you went in to #1.
This shows that at least for a sprint thatīs not completely a runnerīs course it certainly pays off to be careful with route choice and to avoid mistakes.

Wyatt: Wow.

#1 is really tough right off the start. I picked right quickly. Not sure which is good now but left does look a little better.

On # 11 I picked a wiggly route near the straight line - I didn't see the hard-right route you picked, which looks better (even though I did see the under-the-bridge possibility.)

Unlike bubo, I did pick your route to 9 - I think that's better, in part because it's easier to execute and easier to keep up speed which is crucial in a Sprint.

Ratlaf: Very Nice!!

I'm with Bubo on 8-9, I'd've doglegged it in and out of 9. Do you have any splits to compare which way was faster?

Not sure I would've seen the underpass on 10-11 on the run, if I didn't I probably would've done the wiggly with Wyat or the long with Bubo.

Did anyone go right to 1? Do you have split comparisons...?

Good fun...!
