rachael: i found it difficult getting across the tree on the way down to the knoll when i last did it... but they've just built a motorway up the hill at the end of the girls course!
you'll have to add your time to the results board :)

OJ: done. Yeah that tree is a bit awkward, and there's another one down across our big uphill track run. But there are a few bits that are definitely quicker - the bike trail down through the first bit of woods, and I managed to pick up a bit of a new track at the top of the really steep climb.

The 'off track' bits on the first half of the loop are all pretty well taped.

OJ: hmmm, not that well taped anymore - and the ones that are still there have faded quite a bit.
