El Lukeo: sure thing... cos it's like aerobic exercize (i think... or should i wikipedia that first heffer?), so you could include it as about level 2 (or three if youre hardcore tennis player) intensity !

Aerobic exercise indeed, but log it as a low intensity if it wasn't too full on.

George: hmm. i'm an incredibly non-hardcore tennis player and get out of breath about once per tennis lesson. i'm thinking intensity 1 or 1/2? lol
