you're fitter, but not nessesarily a lot faster at the moment. doing heaps of training and racing makes your legs tired. if you want to find out how fast you can go, wait till after jwoc and do a few of weeks where you only do a few fast interval sessions and then give your pb a crack. probably a good idea before the aus champs week cos you'll want to be running fast then anyway. |
