Jagge: You may also ask why you have to write Linné like that. Is it really necessary? Why it can't be Linne.

Thats the way it is here:
tili = account
tiili = brick
tilli = dill

tuli = fire
tuuli = wind
tulli = customs
tule = come

tali = tallon
talli = stable

tuulee = "it winds"
tulessa = in fire
tuulessa = in wind

...and so on. If you find it difficult to pronanunce, just take a look at these röntgen images:
http://www.helsinki.fi/puhetieteet/projektit/Finni...
and make the same way and it long or shourt. Easy, simple and straight forward.

But anyway, good to see you have got opportunity to enjoy those fast and runnable terrains near Tampere.

BorisGr: Haha, that's pretty cool! I thought I might get a response out of you with my comments about Finland. :) I actually had quite a good time and enjoyed eating at the ABC road stops and Rax pizza buffés!
The é in Linné indicates where the stress goes, on the é instead of the i.
