AlexM: yeah i know but i really felt like it today. ive done that run before in about 10 mins longer then i did today, for a k less distance. so im pleased.
somehow i dont think it does put you to shame, you do a bit more training than i do, and frequently too. and its quality training. now thats impressive.

Kas: yeah, pretty much your a freak for doing that far (and fast) just for training on a strike. you make me feel like a lazy boy, and I don't like feeling lazy, unless it is with homework of course.
