Kat: Yeah, that looks like a really fun sprint! It's not super-technical, but it's got enough route choice and detail on the map to keep things challenging at a fast pace. Wish I could have run it!

coach: More kudos for Randy. He is a great sprint course setter, as I first found on 3 courses he set at Norristown Hospital in 2006?
This was a really well laid out set of courses, and a great venue because of the hillside.
