belindaL: sorry i didnt explain the calf things right! ok, well you know how you stretch your calves by hanging off a stair (so your heel is hanging down)?? well you do that, but raise your heels up and down (so you stand on your tip toes, then go back into the stretch position thing) like ten times on each foot, for three sets.
its kinda hard to explain! i hope that made more sense...

i think i have got it now.
either that or i have created a new method of looking like a nutter on a staircase...that does stretch your tendon.
