StK66: You are returning from injury - you are entitled to run what ever course allows you to return to full fitness. Good run to-day, you won the medium red, and shouldn't feel apologetic about that. Great to see you out there.

kazza: As a fellow medium red runner - GET BACK TO WHERE YOU BELONG JOSH!!! Na. Just joking. Great run and looks like you're definitely on the mend with recent performances. Certainly good for the confidence. How are work commitments?

-jr-: Yea great for the confidence, wish i could do it again today. I just thought since i havent really competed in any OY events this yr and obviously not in contention for anything, that i wouldn't want anyone who normally does the medium, who had a great run not to see the benefits of that towards their tally. To be honest i was just stoked to make it around.
As for work...ugh! I dont mind doing it, but it just takes sooooooo much time away from training and uni. Anyways on that note, i better go get ready for work *sigh*

NMFC: Its good to have top runners in the med red but you make us all look slow

steveo: kazza you should get back where you belong and stop bludging on the medium.

kazza: Yeh thanks Steven. Luv seein your comments poppin up everywhere!!! I really did enjoy that forest, so maybe 'Wallaroo' would be a good map to give the long another go. Wish I could minimise the mistakes though. Gee you looked strong at the start of your ride home; you even pulled out onto the highway quicker than Russell in the 6 cyl commodore - such acceleration!!!

-jr-: Yea - long. Yourself? Its on, if you are.
ps been stocking up on stuff from torpedo (hopefully it arrives), so better watch out cause the trusty ol' Felt will be raring to go.
