And it doesn't have to be a big distraction such de-timmy-ing a fence. Even if you see someone else and think 'Oh there's timmy stuck in a fence' but keep on running, you should bring your focus back with WAI WAIG. |

Seriously though, the ankles and feet sound like a bit of a problem. It could be because you are compensating for the sore tendon. Were your shoes too tight? Take the week off running and see if things improve. Bike riding, swimming, and gentle stretching. |

i am going to go for a swim to stretch out tomorrow arvo. i'm also going to give the athletics carnival a miss. |

i think it's cos i had a little migraine yesterday cos my vision was blurry in the morning and i got a big ow head in the afternoon then today my muscles are all floppy. that's what usually happens but it didn't hurts as much as usual. and i could like..move..and not throw uppp. yesss! haha did you get the work done? coffee is yucky in the night but nice in the morning. sometimes. has to have lotssss of zucker. |

Damn migrains suck dont they! hope youre feeling better now. bahaha i only ended up with three hours sleep last night :P haha i feel great now... not but im wagging athletics carnival 2moz so i can sleep in. |
