when my tendons improve we should do the mt watertank intervals together a few times per week. would be fun :)

George: hmm maybe luke - guess it doesn't matter if we go up the hill at different rates :P
for heffer - the mt watertank intervals are up a hill (not a very big hill) along a track to the big watertank at the top of mt watertank. i still don't see how hill intervals can be fun but anyway. oh yeah and no one else will get this but for luke - i go up the side on the opposite side of the tank from your place - it's less steep but longer.
and for joshwa - i would give details but i don't know how long the hill is or anything like that . plus i didn't know what to call them. i could make them the mt. watertank intervals now i guess...

El Lukeo: it is not mount pleasant, but it is in the same reserve. its not anything special...except to me and george...:D.
my guess is that it would be about 100 m long with around 20m climb, but different sides are qute different so you could change that to 200m with 50m climb. quite handy as you can chose what mood your in to suit your effort/intensity etc.

George: yeahhh... i think i should go up a steeper bit or just push harder coz i'm not sure if I try hard enough when I do hills. Scotty suggested doing 10 mins running, then 10 mins hills, then ten mins running, but my hills don't seem hard enough to do only 10 mins of. I'll try going up a different side some time.
