| speedy: | Sharon asked me to go backward from finish on Yellow course (with gallon of water) and I was only about 100-150m into the woods from last control when I saw him going toward me. Cup of water was just in time. And we walked together to the last control and finish.
He definetely was tired. But only right now I realized I never opted to go on the trail(s) ... and Kent did same thing, he went straight through the woods toward last control :) I guess we were lucky. |

| vmeyer: | Thanks. Kent said something in a disgusted/disappointed voice about being out 4 hours, but I see now that it was only 3:21. Nice to see he has the same competitive spirit he always has had. Not bad for a 90 year old. I hope I can still walk around a course when I am 90. |
