Quirkey: I'm worried you're getting a wee bit caught up in graphs there Tom.
Maybe just record when you stretch with a '0' intensity?
It's another part of training afterall; (not enough of it and you increase risk of injury etc).

What's your view on armchair map reading as training? or how about playing catching features online?

There's no doubt that both of these are 'mental' training ..... so as an 'Orienteer' (as opposed to just a runner) how do you think these should figure in an Orienteer's training log ?
