| Becks: | How bizarre! I was sitting watching Arthur with my 10 year old cousin in Framingham today, when on pops a five minute section on orienteering on Boston Common by CSU! It was a really good clip - does anyone know if it's online somewhere? |

| L-Jackson: | Just saw a short cut this morning from the PBS show called 'BizKids' about a kid who compared orienteering to picking stocks. Since it was a show about 'biz' they focused on his stock picking techniques/abilities, but there were some good shots of him running with a map and navigating.
I didn't catch his name, but it looked like Pacific NW terrain (not that I would really know what that looked like) After looking at the website it looks like it might have been episode #21. The site has some of the older episodes up for viewing, but not this one yet. http://www.bizkids.com/ |
