| fluceluce: | yeah, it was feeling much better on monday so thought id go for little robs record....i mean zanthe upped the stakes with her 22minutes then bo haynood did 16, so i thought how can i beat that! 4 seconds a mile secured it but i doubt ill be getting any PBs :-P |
