Wait for the good snow in February, then it is worth the cold. Me, I spent all my time on the carpet lift! 1 minute up, 10 seconds down. All lower back workout holding my daughter under her armpits. So I guess that is core strength too! Good goals, by the way - it is great to see your motivation! I'm sure it will bring real improvements (and rapid ones). You know you are really good when you can beat PG regularly! |
