| Yukon King: | I dunno really...I should look it up, yah? I use warm water mostly, to relax everything, and gently bop them with my fist as a kind of massage. I have a vague memory that muscles spaz out around pain, causing more pain, for example in an arthritis kinda context, but probably other ones too, hey like your collarbone you said sumthin about stuff misbehaving, maybe like that too...
and then there's med.s approach, that also prevents one from operating heavy machinery ;) |
