El Lukeo: If you felt f...d at the end then it is 5 intensity, thats my theory anyway

joshwa: woahhhh. NICE RUN GEORGIA!!!! :D
o and the intensity thing i think is prob a bit of both. if im running as fast as i can then ill put down 5 intensity as ill get real exhausted. but if i do a lobng run like this then ill try and go easier to go the distance.
but luke pretty much summed it up :P

George: aw thanks guys. hmm maybe i'll change it to intensity 5 then.. i was pretty dead :P
and no i'm really not a machine - that's not exactly a regular run for me - it's the longest one i've ever done as far as i know.

Heffer: I think intensity is often a very subjective thing, unless you measure your heart rate. A higher heart rate = higher intensity.
Otherwise I just tend to think - was I going pretty much as hard as I could? If so then that's a high intensity. And if you're tired, not going too fast, but still working flat out then that's a high intensity.

Good work though! Great to see you doing some longer runs!
