| Big D: | we can wear what we want said mum, quoting the jwoc bulletin. at the moment for me its a toss up between some track waffles that ive got (like sprinters spikes without spikes, all rubber sole) and racing flats (the cool pro shoes nick and oscar and leon wear). |

| Jules: | Big D, I'd go with the waffles, it looks like a mix of forest and urban area, so a nice light low profile shoe would be the go I reckon, but Shep would know a bit more about the type of forest there!
