Old_Fox: Yes, but I did send you a mail, and told you what you should do on Tueday.... and it was certainly not Intervals.

Your problem is Wolfi that you THINK you need to train more, but in your logs you are constantly complaining about tired / sore legs and bad feeling. Additionally you are NOT EVEN able to finish a half marathon at a normal pace without giving up.

I KNOW you need to train less and get the basics sorted out, and THEN we can talk about training more, because if you continue just training hard you will slip into overtraining again and that will be the end.

You cannot constantly be running on tired legs mate, that will solve no problems - you need to let your body recover every now and then.
