| ebuckley: | All elite cyclists do 'em. Nothing smooths out your pedal stroke like high-RPM work. 20-30 seconds is best so you can really crank it up. If you try to go closer to a minute, you can't hold the cadence at max.
BTW, were you doing this at CC Lake? I thought I saw someone that looked like you out there last night, but couldn't tell for sure. |
