Rodeo Clown: forget about body weight!

here's my .02

when you focus on body comp and performance metrics like AeT, hill climb times, 500m paddle etc. ... your body weight will take care of itself if you're eating clean. you will add lean muscle mass where needed and shed excess fat.

I find that when I obsess over body weight I underfuel and underhydrate, leading to lower energy levels, mindset, and session quality. When I focus on proper fueling and hydrating, I can consistently BACK IT UP in training each day.

Just my measly 2 cents.
