elly: i think anyone who gets out of their warm bed on a chilly morning to go for a run is amazing :)! I can barely get outta my bed to go to school.lol.

Heffer: The trick is to get up straight away. The longer you lie there the harder it gets. I hated it at first, but I'm starting to like it more. While it's hard at first to get up earlier I find those days are easier to deal with, and the weather is always so nice in the mornings.

Heffer: HAHA, so here I am saying 'just get up straight away', then I set my alarm for 9am this morning for a run, and go back to sleep for another 20 minutes! Silly Hef.....

And morning weather is nice. It's never windy, the day is waking up. It's peaceful.

George: oh yeah and elly when do you get time to run as much as you do if you DON'T run in the morning? i'm so jealous.

#  Posted 2008-06-17 15:30:40
nomiii: i concur. i think i will get up on thursday for a run...6:20am. urrr.
even worse when it's raining..blehhh.

#  Posted 2008-06-17 17:28:58
elly: i have to get up at 6.15am on tuesday and wednesday for early classes-gaah! so i run when i get home from school, why dont you?
wen i have gotten up and gone for morning runs i feel good all day, tired though. the morning air is nice but i used to be so sleepy i walked into doors, etc.

#  Posted 2008-06-18 15:09:13
George: mm well i have tennis and piano lessons monday and school musical rehearsals tuesday and thursday, so i can go for a run with the blue lightning (act junior) squad most wednesdays and i'm sometimes free on fridays. so yeah, unless i go running in the dark after these things then i have to go in the morning.
i know what you mean about feeling good that day though - you sorta feel like you've achieved something and you feel calm and all that for a while.
