| Cristina: | Yeah, it was about as low a turnout as you could imagine. Brucker in NY, seabass in MA, two guys I work with bailed Friday afternoon, a couple that usually comes and had pre-registered just didn't show... I think we could have had more with better advertising. Maybe some NM people, maybe some people from the hiking groups, maybe some adventure racing types. It was the kind of weekend that would appeal to non-orienteers who like the lower intensity hiking/camping aspect. The map was very friendly to non-orienteers, too. I'll have to scan and post later tonight. |
